Ultimate Forza recall: three undeclared drugs found

Ultimate Forza was recalled after tests found undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine. Check affected packs and refund steps in the US.

On October 24, 2026, the FDA posted a company announcement that Tonight We Ride, LLC was voluntarily recalling all lots of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement capsules. The announcement says third-party product testing by GNC found sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine that were not declared on the label. This is the company’s recall notice hosted by FDA; FDA says posting a company announcement does not mean it endorses the company or product. [1]

What the recall notice says

The recall covers Ultimate Forza Multi-Capsule/Box, item 810208, UPC 868592000002, and Ultimate Forza Single Pack, item 810222, UPC 868592000040. The notice says the products were sold through some independently owned GNC franchise locations in the United States from 2017 through October 1, 2026—not through GNC corporate stores. The box contains ten blue capsules; the single pack contains one. [1]

Why the undeclared drugs matter

The announcement identifies sildenafil and tadalafil as active ingredients in prescription medicines for erectile dysfunction and warns that they can interact with nitrates, including nitroglycerin, and cause dangerously low blood pressure. It says dapoxetine is not approved by the U.S. FDA and its safety and effectiveness have not been established. A capsule sold as a supplement is not a safe way to take an undisclosed or unknown dose of these medicines. [1]

What the notice does not establish

The notice reports no adverse events or complaints as of its publication. It says GNC’s third-party testing triggered the recall; it does not say FDA tested the capsules itself. It also does not give the amount of each drug in a capsule, a price, or evidence of phone-based upselling. The finding concerns the named Ultimate Forza products covered by the recall, not every product with a similar name. [1]

What US customers should do

  • If you have either recalled product, stop using it. Check the item number and UPC against the notice; the recall covers all lots of those two configurations. [1]
  • The company says unopened or partly used product can be returned to a GNC store for a full refund. Bring a receipt or the phone number/email linked to the GNC loyalty account so the purchase can be verified. Recall questions: GNC, 1-877-462-4700 or GNCRecalls@gnc-hq.com. [1]
  • If you took a capsule and feel unwell, contact a health professional and tell them what you took and what other medicines you use. For severe or urgent symptoms in the US, call 911. Consumers can report a suspected supplement reaction through FDA’s Safety Reporting Portal. [1][2]

Our conclusion

We do not recommend the Ultimate Forza capsules identified in this recall. The company says third-party testing found three undeclared drug ingredients, including two medicines that can dangerously interact with nitrates. That is a clear reason to stop using the recalled products and seek the stated refund. This evidence supports a product-safety warning; it does not establish that every same-name product is identical or that a seller used phone pressure.
